Alliance publishes a new guide Principles to Inform a Quality Audiology Pathway for Adults in England.

The Alliance has just published a new document Principles to Inform a Quality Audiology Pathway for Adults in England. This has been produced by the Hearing Loss and Deafness Alliance, 29 organisations spanning the voluntary and independent sectors and professionals working in the NHS. The aim of the document is to an overall guide to what should inform service development and support at every stage of the process and is based on well-developed evidence and practice.  It points to some of the key national documents which provide more detail on the standards to be followed. This follows from the Alliance systems document which also pointed towards useful system resources that are available for commissioners and service providers.
